Our body is nothing but a mere combination of the elements from this earth but what makes us human is our capability to connect our mind with our heart and sync them with our soul...

A Note to Myself
Note: I am sitting in Logan airport waiting for my US Airways flight to Gainesville, FL. It is 10:20am. I am in the phase of life where I want answers to all my questions knowing that no one on the face of this planet have found out answers to all their questions. Still we question ourselves and our existence at every step. We know that time unfolds all the mysteries and answers most of the questions but few things remain a mystery to us. We know whatever happens, happens for a reason but some reasons are unsaid, some are misunderstood and some are very clear and obvious. What do we do when we come across the feelings that lead us to nowhere? We don’t know and believe me, no one knows. We have our own ways to get over this emotional turmoil. And my way of getting over this is, to write. I don’t know how good or bad I am but I know it helps me a lot. It helps me to an extent that my mind and heart are in sync at least for the time when I am writing.

I Look Back
The Only Thing...
And I am Standing Still
The time is running
The clock is ticking
And I am standing still
The dust is blowing
The wind is howling
And I am standing still
The leaves are falling
The trees are growing
And I am standing still
The water is streaming
The rivers are flowing
And I am standing still
The stones are stoning
The mountains are building
And I am standing still
The ice is melting
The oceans are deepening
And I am standing still
The health is deteriorating
The man is dying
And I am standing still
The mind is corrupting
The crime is increasing
And I am standing still
No man ever walked the path
The path chosen to show the right
Then why are we standing still,
When we have a chance to walk up the hill

A Cab Driver in New York City
This was an incident that happened while I and my brother were going to Manhattan by the cab. A hispanic driver who could not talk in English fluently. But he was trying to strike a conversation even though he could not speak well.
We sat in the cab and he helped me keep the stuff in the trunk because I had quite some luggage with me. Anyways, we were sitting at the back seat and talking about how to plan the rest of the day and there was music playing in the background. All of a sudden a song came and I asked the cab driver to increase the volume. I heard that song couple of times and I liked it very much. I asked him " Do you know which song is this?" He said "No, I don't. This is a old song." He started talking to someone over the phone.
The moment he hung up he said, "Independent Girl by Ne Yo". I said, "Sorry".
"This song is Independent Girl by Ne Yo. My kids listen to such songs and I knew they would know which song is this."
We don't see people like him in day to day life. This was an incident that touched me. At times we judge people by their race/caste/community/country/region that they belong to, which in my opinion is not right. We should not be judging anyone until we know that person and even if we know someone we should not judge. Every one is an individual and different from rest of the world. They have their own ways of doing things If someone does something, you cannot generalize it to the people of his/her group.
The whole motive behind writing this was to let everyone know that there are people in this world who don't know you but still they will help you in some or the other way or they will touch your heart with their unselfish gestures.
